We have created comprehensive operations manuals, compliance and training programs that covers marketing, operations, accounting, technology and other areas of running a successful home care business.

CQC COMPLIANCE

Kangaroo Health care will introduce its Care consultant to franchise owners who will support them to achieve compliance with CQC requirements compliance. The compliance consultant will support the Franchise owner and care manager with the process of care registration and ensure that the service answers these five key lines of enquiry questions – Is the Service Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led. Once the service has achieved a good CQC rating, the consultant will also periodically monitor your service to ensure compliance is met 365 days a year

Head Office will Use a variety of tried and tested methods we will work with you to help you get new clients for your business. Getting clients is one thing, keeping them is another thing entirely.
